EDC Remote stands behind our product 100%. If any player loses money due to an EDC Remote error or malfunction, we will provide a full refund or free event entry into another event. Please contact us to report any issues.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be given for player error, board error, for no-shows, late arrival, forfeit, incomplete information resulting in removal of the player from the bracket, if a player is removed for a violation of our rules, or if a player is unable to complete a tournament for any reason.
