Your personal information is used to manage your account, facilitate  tournament participation, and communicate with you about our services and  events. We may also use your email address to send promotional offers or  updates about our platform, but you can opt out of these communications at  any time. 

We will retain your personal  information only for so long as necessary to complete the purposes  described in this Privacy Policy, to comply with our legal obligations, and to enforce our legal agreements and policies.  

3. TRACKING AND COOKIES

5. PAYMENT SECURITY 

For payment processing, we use Authorize.Net, a PCI-compliant services, to  ensure the security of your credit card information. We do not store or have  access to your full credit card details on our servers. We may also use  Paypal, a PCI-compliant service, for payment processing and their privacy  policy applies to your personal information. Your Paypal email address may  be updated at any time by accessing your account settings. 

6. SECURE SUBMISSION OF W-9 VIA  DOCUSIGN 

We understand the importance of protecting sensitive information such as  your W-9 forms. To ensure security and confidentiality, we use Docusign for  the secure submission and handling of W-9 documents. Your W-9 information is encrypted and stored securely, and access is restricted to authorized personnel only.

We take the security of your personal information seriously and implement appropriate measures to protect it from unauthorized access, disclosure,  alteration, or destruction.

• Opt-out. You have been successfully unsubscribed. You will no  longer receive messages from EDC Remote, LLC. Reply START to  resubscribe.
