Meet The EDC TEam
Meet The Owners
Ryan
Ryan, AKA “R” (in Ranier Beer Font, only) has been working in the coin-operated amusement business since 2002 when his girlfriend, Sydney’s parents “needed some summer help” between high school and college. He never left and worked his way through the ranks, eventually owning the whole damn place since 2019. He got serious about darts along the way, and bought a local small dart league. Like always, he poured some gasoline on that fire – and here we are today, with our local dart league now expanded across 6 states in the West, hundreds of players, and a rapidly growing remote dart tournament company that he loves greatly.
Sydney
‘Sydney, AKA “51,” was born and raised in the coin-op amusement industry. She took a 10-year stint away to have a “real job” in Speech Therapy, but when she and Ryan purchased EDC’s parent company, Ellis Amusement in 2019, she missed her roots and came back into the business full time. Ever since then, she has gone buck wild on the darts scene and couldn’t be more blessed to see it grow, to make many new friends along the way, and to have SO, so much fun!
Meet The DirectorS
Jess
Meet Jess, AKA “Nugget,” the Director/Program Coordinator of EDC Remote. Jess has been a part of our dart community since 2019. She enjoys traveling to tournaments whenever and wherever she can, and playing in our local EDC League. The highlight of darts for her is meeting the players and she can’t WAIT to meet all of you players who she currently only knows by your tiny videos on her screen! She’s always up for some good banter and loves watching everyone have a great time and improve their game.
Meet The Admins
Amanda
Meet Amanda, AKA “Poop,” who had been a longtime local dart player-turned parent company, Ellis Amusement staff, now turned EDC Admin! Poop has truly been a beloved, key player in advocating for darts at the local level, and we can’t wait to see what she brings to the nationwide #edcdartfamily!
Skyler
Meet Skyler, AKA “Squirrel!” Skyler has been a longtime local player and friend- when we needed another Admin to come along on this crazy ride with us, he came right to mind! Skyler has been playing darts since 2017 and has loved the sport since he started. He now spends most of his time with his wife and dog, Oliver, enjoying life, and trying to work Darts in whenever, wherever, and however he can!
Jordyn
Meet Jordyn, a girl with many names, but our favorite is “Biyaug Betch” (#ifyouknowyouknow). Jordyn has truly been raised in and by the dart community and has played in various local leagues at different levels. Her favorite part, though, is enjoying the dart family’s company, having fun, and the occasional intense competition! Also an Accountant for parent company, Ellis Amusement, Jordyn wears many hats around here and we are so lucky to have her!
Lacey
Meet Lacey, AKA “Biyaug Deck” (once again, #ifyouknowyouknow and the spelling will never stay the same). Lacey also grew up in an OG dart family and has regularly played in our local dart league and tournaments since 2014. Thrown in the deep end, the only way we do things around here, she has risen to the occasion and done a wonderful job! She is thrilled to bring all of her experience and customer service to her players!
Jeremy
Jeremy, AKA “#92” has been a league player his whole life, first in bowling and pool, and then VERY seriously in darts for many years now. Since 2021, he has been the “EDC of the EDC” (Ellis Dart Coordinator) for our local EDC program. He was instrumental to the start of EDC Remote and continues to be an invaluable contributor to the program. Jeremy lives and breathes darts, and brings amazing heart to the EDC Dart Family, near and far!
Ricky
Meet Ricky Jackson, AKA “Tugboat!“ Ricky’s passion is darts. When he is not playing, he is a full-time family man and 100% a girl dad. His motto is, “Remember it’s just darts people!” You will love Ricky’s knowledge and skill in running tournaments and of the game itself- you will also love his Southern drawl! You’ll have a fast friend in him!
Meet The Ambassadors
Ronnie
Ronnie Dalleo, AKA “Sir Fireball,” our first, OG EDC Remote Ambassador, Advocate and Advisor, has been truly instrumental in the growth of our program. From everything to INVALUABLE feedback and ideas in all aspects of the program, to growing awareness of our tournaments across the county, we would not be where we are today without him. Ronnie has been playing darts since 1990, was the former 2018 ADA National Mixed Doubles Champion, 2017 20K Early Bird Singles Cricket Champion, Multiple top 8+ placings over 20+ years, Tournament Director of the $20,000+ New Orleans Dart Party, and owner of the Fun Dart League with over 1,0000 members in New Orleans, Louisiana. Thank you, Ronnie, for all you do – and not just for us, but for darts as a whole!
Meet the EDC Remote Sponsored Players
Danny
Meet Danny “the Gambler” Baggish who has been playing darts since the late 90’s. Danny got his nickname because his father passed away in a casino in Biloxi, Mississippi and Danny plays the game with his heart and soul for him. Fun Fact: Danny beat Adrian Lewis in the second round of the PDC World Championships with his own darts and was the first American player to get his tour card through Qschool, qualify for European tour and win on that stage! Danny is happy to be a part of the EDC family for years to come! We are blessed to sponsor Danny and we appreciate all he does for us and for darts!
Don’t forget to check out Mike and Danny’s amazing dart jersey company, Maximum Precision Designs, for all your jersey needs, including EDC Jerseys!
Mike
Meet Mike Maloney, AKA “Hulk Smash.” Mike has been married to his wife, Becky since 2017 is the proud father to 3 boys: Mason, Finley, and Declan. Mike says that he has had some relative success in this game and that he plays for the absolute love of it every time he steps to the line. We think he is pretty humble! Mike has made Multiple Team USA appearances, back-to-back CSC Champion, and 2024 Bullshooter MVP! He has played with some of the all time USA greats over the years. Mike says that his greatest accomplishments haven’t come with any type of wins, just with the people he’s met and befriended, and the places he’s traveled to for darts. We are proud to sponsor Mike, to watch him work, and to grow the sport together!
