Information About Our Private Events
Base Tournament Rate: $5/player
What’s included:
- WE WILL SEND YOU OUR spreadsheet TO GATHER player information TO FILL OUT & RETURN
- FILL OUT/return SPREADSHEET AT LEAST 2 DAYS BEFORE YOUR EVENT will be created, players will be added, event will be pre-started ACCORDING TO OUR STANDARD MEDLEY FORMAT & RULES (CHOOSE OIOO/OIMO & HANDICAP/CAP PREFERENCE), & AND COUNTING DOWN TO START DATE/TIME!
- link to the bracket will be pre-sent TO YOU TO SHARE
- a report will be sent with stats/winners after YOUR event ends
- This does not include sign ups on our site, TOURNAMENT POTS, PLAYER payouts, etc.
- You will pre-pay for the total payment for all players via EZ Pay

The Fine Print:
- Prices do not include sales tax and credit card fees, which will be added at the time of payment. It also does not include any additional money for the tournament pot or side pots.
- The EDC Handbook is in effect unless otherwise specified, and the admin’s calls are final.
- Payment is expected up front unless other arrangements are made for a deposit with a final due date, or if players are submitting payment individually with a minimum amount guaranteed by the host (collected up front).
- A $50 minimum deposit will be collected to initiate the process of setting up your event and will be applied to the final bill, non-refundable if the event is canceled.
