I haven’t received my payout yet
In some cases, payouts may not be sent until the next day due to an issue or problem, and in such cases, we will contact you to alert you of the issue that is holding up your payout. If you haven’t received your payout contact your tournament coordinator at (845) 752-9332.
How do payouts work?
We process payout the same day as your event. If you have not received your payout by the morning after your event, please contact admin right away as there was probably an error.
